EM 08\/06\/2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 026\/2005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS, CONSUBSTANCIADO NOS TERMOS DAS LEIS ESTADUAIS N\u00ba 7971\/05 E 7981\/05, E DECIS\u00c3O UN\u00c2NIME DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL PLENO, NESTA DATA, E<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Art. 10 da Lei 7.971\/05, publicada no DOE do dia 07\/03\/2005, confere ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o para regulamentar, por resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, os casos omissos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que as Leis Estaduais citadas no pre\u00e2mbulo desta criaram, dentre outras, a Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria das Assessorias, bem como a subordinou \u00e0 Diretoria Geral da Secretaria, na forma do organograma anexo \u00e0 primeira;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>ESTABELECER<\/strong> que os cargos de Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior para Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos e Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior de Gabinete, criados pelas Leis n\u00bas 3526\/82, 4.516\/91, 4.579\/91, 5.761\/98, 7.741\/04 e Lei Complementar n\u00ba 040\/93, ficam inseridos na \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Assessorias, que est\u00e1 subordinada \u00e0 Diretoria Geral da Secretaria, na forma da estrutura organizacional administrativa prevista nos Anexos II e III das Leis Estaduais 7.971\/05 e 7.981\/05.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 06 de junho de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
