Sr. Desembargador<strong> ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que as Leis Estaduais 3.526\/82, 4516\/91, 5761\/98, 7.741\/04 e Lei Complementar n\u00ba 040\/93 criaram cargos de Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior para Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos e de Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior de Gabinete;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o advento das Leis 7.971\/05 e 7981\/05, que deram nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao Anexo I da Lei 4.957\/94, criando novos cargos e novas Diretorias Judici\u00e1rias, inclusive a \u201cDiretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Assessorias\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Incluir na estrutura organizacional da Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Assessorias, criada pela Lei 7.971\/05 e alterada pela Lei 7.981\/05, vinculada \u00e0 Diretoria Geral da Secretaria, os cargos de Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior para Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos e Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior de Gabinete, criados pelas Leis Estaduais 3.526\/82, 4516\/91, 5761\/98, 7.741\/04 e Lei Complementar n\u00ba 040\/93.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 29 de agosto de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE DO TJES<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 047\/2005 O Exm\u00ba.
