Sr. Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e considerando o que disp\u00f5e o Art. 104 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 46 e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio TRIBUNAL PLENO, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 A gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por encargo de professor e de auxiliar do servi\u00e7o de Treinamento e Aperfei\u00e7oamento do Pessoal da Justi\u00e7a ser\u00e1, respectivamente, de R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais) e R$ 30,00 (trinta reais) a hora\/aula, desde que prestada fora do hor\u00e1rio normal de expediente do servidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 A gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de que trata o artigo anterior ser\u00e1 corrigida anualmente tendo como \u00edndice de reajuste o IGPM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0052001-publ-em-02052001\/\" target=\"_blank\">resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 005\/01<\/a> e demais disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 29 de Setembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 54\/05 FIXA A GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR ENCARGO DE PROFESSOR E DE AUXILIAR DO SERVI\u00c7O DE TREINAMENTO E APERFEI\u00c7OAMENTO PESSOAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A.
