Sr. Dr. Alexandre Farina Lopes, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro do Ju\u00edzo da Serra, que comunica acerca da instabilidade no fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica nos bairros em que se situam os im\u00f3veis do Ju\u00edzo no dia 15 de Dezembro do corrente, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais no Ju\u00edzo da Serra no dia 15 de dezembro de 2016, ressalvando-se, contudo, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das audi\u00eancias designadas e a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 15 de Dezembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
