Sr. Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o d\u00e9ficit de servidores na Coordenadoria de Protocolo, Registro e Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e a impossibilidade imediata de supri-lo ante as restri\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas que viabilizem o cumprimento das metas do Colendo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, notadamente aquelas que dizem respeito aos princ\u00edpios constitucionais da celeridade processual e da efici\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o aumento significativo de recursos encaminhados a este Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal, especialmente em raz\u00e3o da necessidade de cumprimento de metas nacionalmente estabelecidas pelo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a &#8211; CNJ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> O prazo previsto no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/01\/ato-normativo-no-037-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Art. 2\u00ba do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 037\/2016<\/a> fica prorrogado at\u00e9 o dia 31\/12\/2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor no dia de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 16 de Janeiro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
