EM 20\/01\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 147\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/05\/resolucao-no-102014-disp-170214-suspenso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 10\/2014<\/a>, que criou o Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o art. 7\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o supracitada, que estabelece que as atividades relacionadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o da carteira de projetos das unidades de trabalho do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo s\u00e3o atribu\u00eddas a cada unidade, sob o acompanhamento e monitoramento do Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/10\/ato-normativo-no-1852014-disp-17092014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 185\/2014<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a do dia 17\/09\/2014 que criou o grupo de trabalho para gerenciamento dos projetos da Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro funcional da Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o Pessoas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ALTERAR<\/strong> a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo de trabalho para gerenciamento dos projetos da Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, que passa a ser assim constitu\u00edda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Cintia Varej\u00e3o Ribeiro de Freitas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; Daysilane Farias de Miranda<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III \u2013 Fabio Santana Vieira<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV &#8211; Silvia Oppenheimer Pitanga Borges<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u2013 Paulo Cesar Patricio de Souza<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P U B L I Q U E \u2013 S E.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 21 de dezembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
