Sr. Defensor P\u00fablico-Geral, Dr. Leonardo Oggioni Cavalcanti de Miranda;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 1\u00ba. \u2013 Alterar, no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/01\/ato-normativo-no-552016\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 2\u00ba do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 055\/2016<\/a>, a designa\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros do Comit\u00ea Gestor do Processo Judicia Eletr\u00f4nico do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 CGPJe\/ES, para fins de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Excluir o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Defensor P\u00fablico Lucas Marcel Pereira Matias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 Incluir, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Defensor P\u00fablico Alex Pretti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 2\u00ba.
