EM 13\/12\/2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 73\/2005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Exm\u00ba Sr. Desembargador <strong>ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 os termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/16\/resolucao-no-322005-publ-em-06072005\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 32 do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, publicada no DJ do dia 06\/07\/2005<\/a>, que autorizou a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 (dez) Varas na Comarca de Vila Velha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 que ficou estabelecido que a 8\u00aa Vara Criminal teria compet\u00eancia para processar e julgar crimes de t\u00f3xicos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 que o art. 181 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/02 comete ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a baixar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es Complementares, a fim de instituir normas gerais necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da referida lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>.
