Sr. Dr. Luiz Guilherme Risso, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro do Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria, e pela Dr\u00aa. Giovana Roriz, Diretora de Finan\u00e7as do Sindicato dos Servidores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que comunicam acerca do forte odor nas unidades judici\u00e1rias situadas no 5\u00ba andar do edif\u00edcio do F\u00f3rum C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria, no dia 25 de Janeiro do corrente, em virtude da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do expediente e dos prazos processuais nas unidades judici\u00e1rias situadas no 5\u00ba andar do edif\u00edcio do F\u00f3rum C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria (1\u00aa, 2\u00aa, 3\u00aa e 4\u00aa Varas de Fam\u00edlia), no dia 25 de Janeiro de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes, que ficar\u00e3o sob a responsabilidade do Exm\u00ba.
