{"id":1062,"date":"2016-06-06T15:16:14","date_gmt":"2016-06-06T18:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.99.253.4\/corregedoria\/?p=1062"},"modified":"2017-07-31T16:59:25","modified_gmt":"2017-07-31T19:59:25","slug":"ato-normativo-no-2442015-disp-14102015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/06\/ato-normativo-no-2442015-disp-14102015\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 244\/2015 &#8211; DISP. 14\/10\/2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 244\/2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador S\u00e9rgio Bizzotto Pessoa de Mendon\u00e7a, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> que o sistema EPROCESS j\u00e1 h\u00e1 algum tempo vem apresentando falhas e erros sist\u00eamicos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o t\u00e9rmino dos estudos da Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal, que apontam a viabilidade da migra\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos do sistema E-PROCESS para o sistema PROJUDI nas Comarcas de Vit\u00f3ria e Vila Velha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o \u00eaxito dos trabalhos de migra\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos do 1\u00ba, 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis de Vit\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> <strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> a migra\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos que tramitam no 4\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria, perante o sistema E<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>PROCESS, para o sistema PROJUDI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. <\/strong><strong>2\u00ba<\/strong> <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos dos processos que tramitam no sistema E-PROCEES, perante o 4\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria, no per\u00edodo compreendido entre 13\/10\/2015 e 19\/10\/2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.
