EM 30\/10\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 060\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA<\/strong> \u2013 Revoga o artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 057\/06, publicada no DJ de 20\/10\/2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador <strong>JORGE GOES COUTINHO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, ad referendum do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o art. 181 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/02 comete ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a baixar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es Complementares, a fim de instituir normas gerais necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da referida lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. REVOGAR o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-572006-publ-em-20102006\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 057\/06, publicada no DJ do dia 20\/10\/2006<\/a>, mantendo-se, em sua integralidade, os termos da Ato Normativo n\u00ba 43\/2006, publicado no DJ do dia 28 de setembro de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
