EM 20\/11\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N.\u00ba 63\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA<\/strong> \u2013 Restabelece o atendimento judici\u00e1rio normal no per\u00edodo de 20\/12\/2006 a 29\/12\/2006 e revoga as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-612006-publ-em-06112006\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 61\/2006<\/a>, no que concerne ao Recesso Forense.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador<strong> JORGE GOES COUTINHO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, ad referendum do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> . REVOGAR todas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-612006-publ-em-06112006\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 61\/2006<\/a> concernentes ao Recesso Forense, que ocorreria no per\u00edodo de 20 a 29 de dezembro de 2006, permanecendo, no mais, os outros comandos administrativos, tais como ali est\u00e3o lan\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. ESCLARECER que em decorr\u00eancia do disposto no artigo anterior haver\u00e1 expediente normal em todas as reparti\u00e7\u00f5es subordinadas ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual no per\u00edodo acima assinalado, mantidas, entretanto, as f\u00e9rias coletivas para os meses de janeiro e julho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. COMUNIQUE-SE \u00e0 Procuradoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, \u00e0 Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil \u2013 Seccional do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e \u00e0 Defensoria P\u00fablica para ci\u00eancia desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>.
