EM 28\/02\/2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 006\/2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Revoga e altera dispositivos da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 65\/2006.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador<strong> JORGE GOES COUTINHO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, consubstanciado no que disp\u00f5e a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 6, de 13 de setembro de 2005, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Os <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-652006-publ-em-01122006\/\" target=\"_blank\">incisos do \u00a7 3\u00ba do Art. 4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 65\/2006<\/a> passam a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c(\u2026)<br \/>\nI \u2013 doutorado;<br \/>\nII \u2013 mestrado;<br \/>\nIII \u2013 p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o lato sensu, e<br \/>\nIV \u2013 certificado(s) de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em cursos de aperfei\u00e7oamento pela Escola da Magistratura do Esp\u00edrito Santo, cuja carga hor\u00e1ria somada n\u00e3o seja inferior a 100 horas\/aula.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Revogar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-652006-publ-em-01122006\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a7 6\u00ba do art. 4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 65\/2006<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
