EM 26\/07\/2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 026\/2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cD\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0142001-publ-em-07082001\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, para corrigir o valor da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, ad referendum do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os pre\u00e7os dos derivados de petr\u00f3leo, principalmente no que diz respeito aos combust\u00edveis dos autom\u00f3veis,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o crescimento das demandas judiciais e o consequente aumento dos servi\u00e7os prestados pelos oficiais de justi\u00e7a do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e por consequ\u00eancia de seus deslocamentos,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a grande maioria dos oficiais de justi\u00e7a do Poder Judici\u00e1rio exercem suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es em ve\u00edculo pr\u00f3prio,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0142001-publ-em-07082001\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, que regulamenta a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte prevista no art. 87 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 46\/94, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
