EM 11\/09\/2007 &#8211; REVOGADA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 036\/2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada em 06 de setembro de 2007,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Com base no par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 1\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 7.048\/02 e no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/14\/resolucao-no-0442002-publ-em-20122002\/\" target=\"_blank\">Art. 1\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 044\/02<\/a>, fica estabelecido que o valor do vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de R$ 20,50 (vinte reais e cinq\u00fcenta centavos), por vale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor nesta data, com efeitos financeiros a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, em especial as contidas na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/15\/resolucao-no-052004-publ-em-02032004\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 005\/2004<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 06 de setembro de 2007,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">REVOGADA PELA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/27\/resolucao-no-052008-publ-em-29022008\/\" target=\"_blank\">RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 05\/2008<\/a> &#8211; PUBL.
