EM 23\/10\/2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 44\/2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA:<\/strong> \u201cModifica a compet\u00eancia do 5\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador <strong>JORGE GOES COUTINHO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considerando o disposto no Of\u00edcio sn\u00ba, datado de 05\/09\/2007 e protocolizado neste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2007.00.735.381, lavrado pelo Eminente Desembargador Supervisor e pela Ju\u00edza Coordenadora dos Juizados Especiais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resolve<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. <strong>ESTABELECER<\/strong> que o 5\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria passa a ter compet\u00eancia para conhecer, processar e julgar todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es comuns aos Juizados Especiais, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o, por \u00f3bvio, daquelas causas afetas ao 3\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.
