EM 29\/02\/2008 &#8211; REVOGADA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><b><\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 005\/2008<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del>O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista DECIS\u00c3O do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Com base no par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 1\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 7.048\/02 e no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/14\/resolucao-no-0442002-publ-em-20122002\/\" target=\"_blank\">art. 1\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 044\/02<\/a>, fica estabelecido que o valor do vale alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de R$ 23,63 (vinte e tr\u00eas reais e sessenta e tr\u00eas centavos), por vale.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor a partir de 01 de mar\u00e7o de 2008.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, em especial as contidas na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/27\/resolucao-no-362007-publ-em-11092007\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 036\/07<\/a>.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del>Vit\u00f3ria, 28 de fevereiro de 2008,<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del><strong>Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">REVOGADA PELA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/14\/resolucao-no-072010-publ-em-02022010\/\" target=\"_blank\">RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 07\/2010<\/a> &#8211; PUBL.
