Sr. Desembargador <strong>FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o UN\u00c2NIME do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que dita decis\u00e3o apoiou-se no fato de que restaram suplantados os \u00f3bices at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o impostos pela Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal, para efeito de prosseguimento do concurso p\u00fablico para o cargo de Juiz Substituto (edital n\u00ba 001\/2006);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que h\u00e1 impedimento superveniente entre alguns membros da banca constitu\u00edda pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/25\/resolucao-no-0192006-publ-em-10052006\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 19\/2006<\/a>, assim como o Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a exige a composi\u00e7\u00e3o daquela por Desembargadores;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade urgente de se avan\u00e7ar na fase em que o certame se encontra e, sobretudo, porque n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 qualquer preju\u00edzo para os candidatos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSTITUIR<\/strong> a Comiss\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria de concurso p\u00fablico para o cargo de JUIZ SUBSTITUTO, que atuar\u00e1 apenas e t\u00e3o somente na fase de an\u00e1lise dos requerimentos de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o preliminar, e ser\u00e1 composta pelos eminentes Desembargadores abaixo relacionados e o Representante da OAB \u2013 Seccional do Esp\u00edrito Santo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DES. JORGE GOES COUTINHO\u00a0 Presidente<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DES.
