Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-no-0362002-disp-29042002\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 1\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 036\/2002<\/a>, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Instituir no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Projeto Justi\u00e7a Comunit\u00e1ria, que caracterizar-se-\u00e1 pelo atendimento gratuito \u00e0s popula\u00e7\u00f5es das localidades mais carentes visando a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de quest\u00f5es jurisdicionais na esfera c\u00edvel, inf\u00e2ncia e juventude, fam\u00edlia e registros p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
