EM 23\/01\/2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 04\/09<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR \u00c1LVARO MANOEL ROSINDO BOURGUIGNON, PRESIDENTE EM EXERC\u00cdCIO DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES E,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 27, I, do Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a;<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nCONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as constantes convoca\u00e7\u00f5es de Ju\u00edzes de Direito para substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de Desembargadores;<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nCONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o reduzido quadro de magistrados deste Estado;<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nCONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, finalmente, decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno nesta data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> O inciso I, do art. 27, do Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95), passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I- desempenho da fun\u00e7\u00e3o por, no m\u00ednimo, dois anos na Entr\u00e2ncia Especial e integrar o juiz os primeiros dois quintos da lista de antiguidade desta, salvo se n\u00e3o houver com tais requisitos quem aceite o lugar vago;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
