O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/13\/resolucao-no-062009-publ-em-16022009-revogada\/\" target=\"_blank\">art. 3\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 06\/09<\/a>, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><del>Art. 3\u00ba. O plant\u00e3o noturno em hor\u00e1rio especial dever\u00e1 ocorrer por regime de sobreaviso, observando-se o disposto nos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/27\/resolucao-no-222008-publ-em-06102008-revogada\/\" target=\"_blank\">arts. 3\u00ba e 6\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 22\/08<\/a>.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
