EM 05\/04\/2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 24\/2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>D\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0142001-publ-em-07082001\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 014\/2001<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0142001-publ-em-07082001\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a> \u00e0 norma expressa no artigo 172, \u00a7 2\u00ba, do C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 O artigo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0142001-publ-em-07082001\/\" target=\"_blank\">4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, que regulamenta a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte prevista no art. 87 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 46\/94, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cArt. 4\u00ba \u2013 O c\u00f4mputo dos dias trabalhados exclui domingos e feriados, exceto quando o Oficial de Justi\u00e7a estiver em servi\u00e7o em tais dias, por motivo de plant\u00e3o ou por determina\u00e7\u00e3o expressa da autoridade judici\u00e1ria.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos financeiros a 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o do corrente exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 24\/2010 D\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao artigo 4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 014\/2001.
