EM 27\/08\/2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 047\/2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Aprova o Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo para o per\u00edodo 2010-2014.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime tomada pelo Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada em 26\/08\/2010;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as diretrizes e fundamentos do Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico do Poder Judici\u00e1rio estabelecido na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-70-de-18032009\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNJ n\u00ba 70, de 18 de mar\u00e7o de 2009<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as diretrizes e fundamentos do Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, institu\u00eddo pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNJ n \u00ba 99, de 24 de novembro de 2009;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de instituir o Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (TIC) no \u00e2mbito do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, alinhado \u00e0s diretrizes do Plano Nacional de TIC;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Fica aprovado o Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, sintetizado nos componentes constantes no anexo desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
