Desembargador<strong> MANOEL ALVES RABELO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de se determinar a compet\u00eancia para processar e julgar mandados de seguran\u00e7a e habeas corpus contra ato colegiado das Turmas Recursais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos da Justi\u00e7a Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/14\/resolucao-no-152009-publ-em-05082009-revogada\/\" target=\"_blank\">art. 8\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/2009<\/a> \u2013 Regimento Interno do Colegiado Recursal dos Juizados Especiais, fica acrescido do inciso VI, nos seguintes termos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cArt. 8\u00ba \u2026<br \/>\nVI. julgar mandados de seguran\u00e7a e habeas corpus impetrados contra decis\u00e3o colegiada de qualquer das Turmas Recursais.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
