Sr. Desembargador <strong>MANOEL ALVES RABELO<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime tomada pelo Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria realizada em 04\/11\/2010;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/15\/resolucao-no-392010-publ-em-23072010-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 039\/2010<\/a>, que instituiu a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de estagi\u00e1rios conciliadores, no \u00e2mbito dos Juizados Especiais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/15\/resolucao-no-392010-publ-em-23072010-alterada\/\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 039\/2010<\/a> em seu art. 2\u00ba, \u00a7 2\u00ba menciona os ju\u00edzes que integram a banca organizadora do processo seletivo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> eventuais impedimentos ou suspei\u00e7\u00f5es dos membros da banca organizadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 1\u00ba \u2013 Revogar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/15\/resolucao-no-392010-publ-em-23072010-alterada\/\">\u00a7 2\u00ba, do artigo 2\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 39\/2010<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 05 de novembro de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A Revoga o \u00a7 2\u00ba, do art. 2\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 039\/2010 RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 055\/2010 O Exmo.
