Sr. Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime tomada pelo Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 28 de abril de 2011;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um im\u00f3vel pela Prefeitura Municipal de Ibitirama para abrigar as instala\u00e7\u00f5es do F\u00f3rum;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a vistoria no im\u00f3vel realizada pela Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Engenharia e Projetos deste Tribunal, informando que o im\u00f3vel cedido atende as necessidades locais para seu funcionamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Suspender os efeitos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/16\/resolucao-no-132011-publ-em-01042011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 013\/2011 publicada no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a em 1\u00ba de abril de 2011<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor a partir da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 28 de abril de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<strong>PRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 019\/2011 Suspender os efeitos da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 013\/2011 publicada no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a em 1\u00ba de abril de 2011.
