EM 04\/05\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 026\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Inclui par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico na reda\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 1\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n. 007\/2006, no qual estabelece que a remessa de armas apreendidas, que estejam sob a guarda do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ao Ex\u00e9rcito dever\u00e1 ocorrer ao menos semestralmente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O <strong>PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong>, <strong>Desembargador Pedro Valls Feu Rosa<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 03\/05\/2012,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o art. 181, da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/02, atribui ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia para editar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es, a fim de instituir normas gerais e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o conte\u00fado da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/21\/resolucao-cnj-no-134-de-21062011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 134, de 21 de junho, de 2011, editada pelo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO,<\/strong> ainda, determina\u00e7\u00e3o do ent\u00e3o Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Ministro C\u00e9sar Peluso, nos autos procedimento de Acompanhamento de Cumprimento de Decis\u00e3o n. 0003868-30.2011.2.00.0000, na qual determinou que este Tribunal do prazo de 15 (quinze) dias comprove ter editado ato que contemple o objeto da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/21\/resolucao-cnj-no-134-de-21062011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 134, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>INCLUIR<\/strong> na reda\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/25\/resolucao-no-0072006-publ-em-03022006\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 1\u00ba, Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n. 007\/2006<\/a>, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico \u2013 O encaminhamento dos objetos referidos no <em>caput <\/em>dever\u00e1 ser feito, pelo menos, 04 (quatro) vezes ao ano.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 03 de maio de 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 026\/2012 Inclui par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico na reda\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 1\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n. 007\/2006, no qual estabelece que a remessa de armas apreendidas, que estejam sob a guarda do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ao Ex\u00e9rcito dever\u00e1 ocorrer ao menos semestralmente.
