EM 29\/08\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 038\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a decis\u00e3o tomada pelo Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o artigo 181, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico, da Lei Complementar 234\/02, atribui ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia para editar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es Complementares, a fim de instituir normas gerais e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es feitas peio Colendo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, no relat\u00f3rio da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o realizado neste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, no sentido de implementar uma melhor distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e servi\u00e7os entre as Varas do Judici\u00e1rio Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba.<\/strong> ATRIBUIR compet\u00eancia exclusiva \u00e0 6\u00aa Vara Criminal de Vit\u00f3ria para o processamento das guias de execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal relativas aos apenados em regime aberto decorrentes de progress\u00e3o e livramento condicional da Comarca da Capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba.<\/strong> A partir da data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cessada a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es penais de conhecimento para a 6\u00aa Vara Criminal de Vit\u00f3ria, que passar\u00e1 a processar as guias de execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal relativas ao regime aberto decorrente de progress\u00e3o e livramento condicional da Comarca da Capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 4\u00ba.<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor 30 (trinta) dias ap\u00f3s sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 23 de agosto de 2012<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA<br \/>\nPresidente TJ\/ES<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 038\/2012 O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e, CONSIDERANDO a decis\u00e3o tomada pelo Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia CONSIDERANDO que o artigo [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[14,13],"tags":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/11913"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=11913"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/11913\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":22349,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/11913\/revisions\/22349"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=11913"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=11913"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=11913"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
