Sr. Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que consta do expediente protocolado sob o n\u00ba 2017.00.003.189;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Conselho Superior da Magistratura, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 16\/01\/2017; e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria realizada no dia 26\/01\/2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REFERENDAR<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/19\/resolucao-no-062017-conselho-disp-em-19012017\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 006\/2017, do Conselho Superior da Magistratura<\/a>, que autorizou o afastamento do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Juiz de Direito Rodrigo Ferreira Miranda, nos dias 19\/01\/2017, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31\/01\/2017 e 01\/02\/2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 26 de janeiro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
