Sr. Desembargador S\u00e9rgio Bizzotto Pessoa de Mendon\u00e7a, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que consta no EDITAL N\u00ba 013\/2014, referente a vaga de suplente existente na 2\u00aa Turma do Colegiado Recursal da Capital;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Conselho Superior da Magistratura, em sess\u00e3o realizada em 03\/11\/2014;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Convocar o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor <strong>Dr. Marcelo Pimentel,<\/strong> MM.
