Sr. Desembargador S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0os termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-302015-disp-13072015-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 30\/2015<\/a>, publicada no DJe de 13\/07\/2015, que regulamenta o Programa de Est\u00e1gio Remunerado no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o disposto no art. 10 da referida Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o e a necessidade de adequa\u00e7\u00f5es da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das vagas de estagi\u00e1rios em raz\u00e3o das altera\u00e7\u00f5es advindas da Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a necessidade de prazo razo\u00e1vel para as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as de lota\u00e7\u00e3o dos estagi\u00e1rios;<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Prorrogar<\/strong>\u00a0a vig\u00eancia da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-302015-disp-13072015-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 30\/2015<\/a> por mais 15 (quinze) dias,\u00a0<i>ad referendum\u00a0<\/i>do Pleno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 12 de agosto de 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong>S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>PRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SUSPENSO PELO\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/06\/ato-normativo-no-1692015-disp-18082015-republ-referendado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 169\/2015<\/a> &#8211; DISP. 18\/08\/2015<\/span><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 161\/2015 O Exmo.
