EM 13\/07\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 15\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a vac\u00e2ncia e a desinstala\u00e7\u00e3o da 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Colatina, com fulcro no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-462015-disp-02102015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">artigo 1<span style=\"font-size: 12.5px;\">\u00ba<\/span>, <em>caput<\/em>, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 046\/2015<\/a>, deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, publicada em 02.10.2015;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que at\u00e9 a presente data n\u00e3o foi procedida \u00e0 renumera\u00e7\u00e3o das Varas C\u00edveis remanescentes da Comarca de Colatina, de forma a manter a sequ\u00eancia de sua numera\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme disp\u00f5e o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-462015-disp-02102015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a72\u00ba, do artigo 1\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 046\/2015<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Fica alterada a numera\u00e7\u00e3o da 3\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Colatina, passando a ser denominada de 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Colatina (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-462015-disp-02102015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art. 1\u00ba, \u00a7 2\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 046\/2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>A Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 providenciar a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas informatizados, nos termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/04\/resolucao-no-462015-disp-02102015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art. 7\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 046\/2015<\/a>, mediante contato com o MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Colatina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 24 de junho de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
