Sr\u00aa. Desembargadora Janete Vargas Sim\u00f5es, Presidente do Grupo de Trabalho para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de mutir\u00e3o em processos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal estadual com sistema Processo Judicial Eletr\u00f4nico \u2013 PJe implementado (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/ato-normativo-no-0172017-disp-em-26012017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba. 017\/2017<\/a>, publicado em 26 de Janeiro de 2017).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Alterar a reda\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/ato-normativo-no-0172017-disp-em-26012017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">artigo 3\u00ba, do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 017\/2016<\/a>, do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que convoca Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a para atuarem, em car\u00e1ter exclusivo, no mutir\u00e3o, para:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Excluir Ot\u00e1vio Silva Carvalho Coelho e, consequentemente, incluir, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, Roberto Galuzzi Costa, a partir de 26 de Janeiro de 2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 Incluir Heloisa Figueiredo Abaurre, a partir de 24 de Fevereiro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo-se seus efeitos \u00e0 data de 26 de Janeiro de 2017, inclusive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 15 de Mar\u00e7o de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
