Sr. Desembargador Carlos Henrique Rios do Amaral, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o requerimento formulado pelo SINOREG-ES \u2013 Sindicato dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 solicitando a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lista de Atos Cartoriais Ativos sujeitos \u00e0 incid\u00eancia de FARPEN, diante da aus\u00eancia dos valores a serem repassados ao respectivo Fundo em raz\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica dos atos previstos nos itens 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 42, 43 e 44 da referida lista;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a informa\u00e7\u00e3o prestada pela Assessoria de Planejamento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desta Egr\u00e9gia Corregedoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, \u00e0s fls. 08\/09 do expediente administrativo n.\u00ba 201200957281, quanto ao requerimento formulado pelo SINOREGES;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a decis\u00e3o exarada, em 29\/08\/2012, nos autos do expediente administrativo n.\u00ba 201200957281, que acolheu a sugest\u00e3o da Assessoria de Planejamento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para constituir comiss\u00e3o com o intuito de consolidar entendimento acerca da incid\u00eancia do FARPEN na supracitada lista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CONSTITUIR COMISS\u00c3O PARA CONSOLIDAR O ENTENDIMENTO SOBRE A INCID\u00caNCIA DO FARPEN NA LISTA DE ATOS CARTORIAIS ATIVOS, composta pelos seguinte membros:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I. Dr. Carlos Magno Moulin Lima &#8211; indicado pela AMAGES.<br \/>\nII. Sr. Hermann Andrade Cruz \u2013 indicado pela Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<br \/>\nIII. Sr. Hugo Ant\u00f4nio Ronconi \u2013 indicado pela SINOREG-ES.<br \/>\nIV. Sr. Fabr\u00edcio Brand\u00e3o Coelho Vieira \u2013 representando os Tabeli\u00e3es de Notas.<br \/>\nV. Sr. Evandro Sarlo Antonio \u2013 representando os Tabeli\u00e3es de Protesto de T\u00edtulos.<br \/>\nVI.
