O Desembargador CARLOS HENRIQUE RIOS DO AMARAL, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Of\u00edcio Circular N\u00ba 046\/2012<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a do dia 05 de julho de 2012, determinando aos delegat\u00e1rios interinos, interventores do foro extrajudicial e aqueles cuja situa\u00e7\u00e3o funcional esteja sub judice<\/em> a encaminharem seus balan\u00e7os extrajudiciais, retroativos a junho de 2010, por meio de of\u00edcio endere\u00e7ado \u00e0 Assessoria de Planejamento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das Serventias Judiciais e Extrajudiciais da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o do Corregedor Nacional de Justi\u00e7a sobre Pedido de Provid\u00eancias \u2013 Corregedoria 0005977-80.2012.2.00.0000 publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, edi\u00e7\u00e3o do dia 18 de outubro de 2012;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que at\u00e9 a presente data os delegat\u00e1rios interinos, interventores do foro extrajudicial e aqueles cuja situa\u00e7\u00e3o funcional esteja sub judice, abaixo relacionados, N\u00c3O CUMPRIRAM as determina\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no Of\u00edcio Circular N\u00ba 046\/2012<\/a>;<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>.
