Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo Estado, conforme Lei complementar Estadual N\u00ba 83\/96.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa da Receita Federal Brasileira, RFB N\u00ba 971\/09, que disp\u00f5e sobre normas gerais destinadas \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social e das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas a outras entidades ou fundos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a obrigatoriedade de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro Espec\u00edfico do INSS (CEI), expressa no art. 17, da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB 971\/09, para Cart\u00f3rios Extrajudiciais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INFORMAR<\/strong> que a partir do faturamento do m\u00eas de Julho de 2012, compet\u00eancia Junho de 2012, as guias em favor do FUNEPJ, FARPEN e FADESPES ser\u00e3o vinculadas ao Cadastro de Pessoa F\u00edsica (CPF) do Delegat\u00e1rio, Titular Interino ou do Interventor das Serventias Extrajudiciais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
