DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos delegat\u00e1rios interinos, interventores e substitutos legais no exerc\u00edcio da titularidade das serventias extrajudiciais que informem \u00e0 CGJ-ES, no prazo de <strong><u>05 (cinco) dias<\/u><\/strong> , por meio do formul\u00e1rio anexo que se encontra disponibilizado no site desta Corregedoria (www.cgj.es.gov.br &#8211; formul\u00e1rios), <strong>se ostenta rela\u00e7\u00e3o de parentesco at\u00e9 o terceiro grau, por consanguinidade ou afinidade, com magistrados ou Desembargadores deste egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.1.<\/strong> As respostas devem ser encaminhadas para o endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico <a href=\"mailto:serventiaextrajudicial@tjes.jus.br\">serventiaextrajudicial@tjes.jus.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.
