Sr. Dr. Antonio de Oliveira Rosa Pepino, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Jaguar\u00e9, que comunica acerca da suspens\u00e3o do expediente forense no F\u00f3rum da referida Comarca no per\u00edodo 15 a 17 de Fevereiro de 2017, em virtude dos fatos relacionados \u00e0 crise na seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica neste Estado, amplamente divulgados, bem como da falta de policiamento ostensivo nas ruas da Cidade;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais na Comarca de Jaguar\u00e9 no per\u00edodo de 15 a 17 de Fevereiro de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, eventuais atos praticados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 27 de Mar\u00e7o de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
