Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, a qual prev\u00ea ao Presidente do Tribunal a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o geral de exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de chefe da Magistratura do Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais entre os dias 21 a 29\/03\/2005, nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa Varas de Fam\u00edlia; Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude e Vara de \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Sucess\u00f5es da Comarca de Linhares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 18 de mar\u00e7o de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
