DESEMBARGADOR ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES, E CONSUBSTANCIADO NOS TERMOS DA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 03\/05, PUBLICADA NO DJ DE 10\/02\/05, E ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 001\/2005,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acrescentar ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/03\/29\/ato-normativo-no-0012005-publ-17032015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 001\/2005<\/a>, de 14 de mar\u00e7o de 2005, publicado no DJ do dia 17\/03\/2005, os itens 3 e 3.1, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c3 &#8211; A Presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a requisitar\u00e1, por of\u00edcio, ao Delegado Chefe da Pol\u00edcia Civil, para que, no prazo 15 dias, proceda a remessa de inqu\u00e9ritos policiais existentes nas unidades policiais, de r\u00e9us presos, instaurados h\u00e1 mais de 30 dias e ainda n\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos \u00e0s Varas Criminais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">3.1 &#8211; A entrega dos procedimentos de que trata o item anterior, se processar\u00e1 mediante carga em livro pr\u00f3prio, diretamente na Coordenadoria do Mutir\u00e3o, sem a entrega de armas, subst\u00e2ncias ou quaisquer outros objetos apreendidos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 004\/2005 O EXM\u00ba SR.
