Sr. Desembargador Adalto Dias Trist\u00e3o, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o novo programa que ser\u00e1 implantado no F\u00f3rum de Vit\u00f3ria (ejud) pelo CPD do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, migrando os dados para o servidor do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais no Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria, no per\u00edodo de 5 a 19 de setembro do ano em curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 29 de agosto de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Presidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 38\/2005 O Exm\u00ba.
