Tribunal Pleno, durante a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do anteprojeto de lei complementar na refer\u00eancia da Reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Servi\u00e7os Notariais e de Registro do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Constituir, no \u00e2mbito do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, a Comiss\u00e3o de Estudo Complementar, com a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Juiz de Direito Aldary Nunes J\u00fanior, Coordenador;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Juiz de Direito Ezequiel Tur\u00edbio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Ju\u00edza de Direito Marl\u00facia Ferraz Moulin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. A Comiss\u00e3o poder\u00e1 solicitar o assessoramento de servidores da Corregedoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
