Sr. Desembargador Jorge G\u00f3es Coutinho, Presidente em exerc\u00edcio do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as obras de reforma e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, e em virtude de instala\u00e7\u00e3o do novo padr\u00e3o el\u00e9trico do F\u00f3rum Desembargador Danton Bastos, na Comarca de Barra de S\u00e3o Francisco, no dia 10 de novembro do ano em curso, que culminar\u00e1 com a suspens\u00e3o total do fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribuna de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais no dia 10 de novembro de 2005 na Comarca de Barra de S\u00e3o Francisco, de 3\u00ba Entr\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 10 de novembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE G\u00d3ES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPresidente em exerc\u00edcio<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 46\/2005 O Exmo.
