Sr. Desembargador Adalto Dias Trist\u00e3o, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o das obras de reforma e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio do F\u00f3rum Desembargador Danton Bastos, na Comarca de Barra de S\u00e3o Francisco que acontecer\u00e1 no dia 28 de Novembro do corrente ano;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais e expediente forense no dia 28 de Novembro do corrente ano na Comarca de Barra de S\u00e3o Francisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 24 de Novembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 47\/2005 O Exmo.
