{"id":13382,"date":"2017-03-31T14:45:32","date_gmt":"2017-03-31T17:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=13382"},"modified":"2017-03-31T14:45:32","modified_gmt":"2017-03-31T17:45:32","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0502005-publ-06122005","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/03\/31\/ato-normativo-no-0502005-publ-06122005\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 050\/2005 &#8211; PUBL. 06\/12\/2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 50\/2005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS, E<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de se obter maior economia de energia, suprimentos e equipamentos durante a atividade jurisdicional;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que, para se obter referida economia, torna-se necess\u00e1rio a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto de Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Servi\u00e7os de Impress\u00e3o das Comarcas do interior, no sentido de substituir a tecnologia jato de tinta pela tecnologia a laser,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das impressoras compartilhadas em rede, independentemente dos microcomputadores, dando maior autonomia aos Cart\u00f3rios, os quais poder\u00e3o imprimir em qualquer m\u00e1quina do F\u00f3rum;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a todas as Comarcas que auxiliem o CPD na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do referido Projeto, de forma a adequar os Cart\u00f3rios para um novo conceito de impress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 05 de dezembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
