Senhor desembargador ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, os termos do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 586\/2005-CPD, protocolado sob o n\u00ba 2005.00.574.781.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos Merit\u00edssimos Ju\u00edzes Diretores de F\u00f3runs que, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 (trinta) dias, informem ao Chefe do Centro de Processamento de Dados deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, o n\u00famero de computadores da Comarca que utilizam o sistema \u201cLotus\u201d, tendo em vista a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de processo administrativo que objetiva a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas licen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 27 de dezembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
