EMENTA<\/strong>: \u201cSuspende o pagamento de diferen\u00e7a de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o decorrente de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de f\u00e9rias ou licen\u00e7as<\/em>\u201d.<\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, juntamente com o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, Dign\u00edssimo Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a recente implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do plano de cargos e sal\u00e1rios do Poder Judici\u00e1rio elevou consideravelmente as despesas com pessoal – Lei Estadual n\u00ba 7854\/2005;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que Lei Complementar n\u00ba 101\/2000 – Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal – veda, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio dos Estados, todo e qualquer gasto com pessoal em percentual superior a 6% (seis) do or\u00e7amento anual;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que compete ao Desembargador Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e ao Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de ordenadores das despesas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, zelar pelo cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVEM<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p>\n

ART. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. SUSPENDER,<\/strong> at\u00e9 segunda ordem, o pagamento de diferen\u00e7a de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o decorrente de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de f\u00e9rias ou licen\u00e7as, no \u00e2mbito administrativo do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/del><\/p>\n

ART. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n
