Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> que o 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vila Velha encontra-se vinculado ao projeto de uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Varas dos Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis do Estado- UNIJECES;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Central de Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o na Comarca de Vila Velha, programada para o dia 10\/03\/2006;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Suspender o atendimento cartor\u00e1rio e a abertura de processos no 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vila Velha, no per\u00edodo de 02 \u00e0 09 de mar\u00e7o do corrente ano, com a finalidade de cadastramento dos processos da Vara no programa e-jud;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Ficam mantidas todas as audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o instru\u00e7\u00e3o e julgamento j\u00e1 designadas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>Durante o per\u00edodo referido no art. 1\u00ba, ficar\u00e3o suspensos todos os prazos processuais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A COORDENADORIA DOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 09\/2006 O Exmo.
