Sr. Desembargador Jorge Goes Coutinho, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade da interrup\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do funcionamento do 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, no dia 08 de mar\u00e7o do ano em curso, em decorr\u00eancia de vazamento interno no andar;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos cartor\u00e1rios e o registro de queixas, bem como o atendimento em balc\u00e3o no dia 08 de mar\u00e7o de 2006 no 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 09 de mar\u00e7o de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 11\/2006 O Exmo.
