PUBL. 20\/04\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 017\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR JORGE GOES COUTINHO, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS E,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o requerimento formulado pelo Exm\u00ba Sr. Prefeito Municipal da Serra-ES, por interm\u00e9dio do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 016\/GP, datado de 25.01.2006, versando sobre casamentos comunit\u00e1rios;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal determina que cabe ao Estado, reconhecer a uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel entre homem e mulher como entidade familiar, devendo facilitar tal convers\u00e3o da uni\u00e3o em casamento;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a gratuidade dos atos a serem praticados pelos Senhores Tabeli\u00f5es de Registro Civil, na referida cerim\u00f4nia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Ficam os Titulares dos Servi\u00e7os de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais do Munic\u00edpio da Serra, isentos de efetuarem a cobran\u00e7a e conseq\u00fcente recolhimento e\/ou repasse ao FARPEN e ao FUNEPJ incidentes sobre os casamentos comunit\u00e1rios, realizados gratuitamente no m\u00eas de maio de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Os Titulares dos servi\u00e7os de Registro Civil remeter\u00e3o ao SINOREG-ES e a CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A, entidade de classe, gerente financeiro do FARPEN, relat\u00f3rio dos atos praticados gratuitamente, com a quantidade de casamentos realizados nos termos do art. 1\u00ba acompanhado da rela\u00e7\u00e3o nominal dos contraentes, para as provid\u00eancias de praxe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211;
